When LED luminaires need maintenance or repair, they are more "complicated" meaning they often require more time to fix and therefore are left off for longer. On top, entire parts not only pieces are often fixed leading to increased material use.

By simply scanning the QR code on a luminaire, the technician will get relevant information for troubleshooting.
