Key elements of the circular economy

The Californian city of San Francisco has unanimously voted to outlaw a huge
variety of plastic products, one of the most extensive plastic bans in the
USA. The new rules apply to polystyrene food packaging, packing peanuts, to-go
containers, coffee cups and pool toys, among other things and (for most
products) will come into effect in January 2017.
